    Agreement and Stall Manual

    STALLHOLDER AGREEMENT

    This Stallholder Agreement (the “Agreement”) is issued by JAPAN STREAT PARTY PTY. LTD. (the “Organiser”) and constitutes the final, complete and binding agreement governing participation in the Event.

    1. EVENT OPERATION AND PAYMENT

    The Event is fully cashless.

    All customer payments must be processed through payment terminals and electronic payment systems supplied or designated by the Organiser.

    All sales revenue will be collected by the Organiser. After the Event, the Organiser will remit to the Stallholder the net sales amount, calculated as total sales less an 18% commission.

    2. ITEMS SUPPLIED BY THE ORGANISER

    The Organiser will supply:

    • Standard restaurant-style stall with flooring

    • Wood panel

    • Event security staff

    • Waste management and rubbish removal

    • Payment terminals and electronic payment systems

    Lighting equipment is NOT supplied.

    3. SHOP FRONT, SIGNAGE AND DECORATION

    1. Single-stall vendors (one stall footprint) must use the official signage provided by the Organiser, in the prescribed size and specification.

    2. Vendors operating double stalls (two stall footprints) and participating across multiple cities nationally may freely customise their shop front and decorations, provided that all branding, structures and installations comply with the Organiser’s brand guidelines, safety requirements and WHS standards.

    3. In all cases, decorations or installations that pose safety risks, breach WHS or fire regulations, or significantly detract from the overall event presentation are strictly prohibited.

    4. The Organiser reserves the right to require modification or removal of any signage or decoration deemed non-compliant.

    4. TRADING RULES

    1. The Stallholder must trade during all official Event trading hours.

    2. Early closure without approval is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties, suspension or termination.

    5. PERMITTED PRODUCTS AND FOOD SAFETY

    1. Only products approved in advance by the Organiser may be sold.

    2. The Stallholder must comply with all food safety, temperature control and hygiene laws.

    3. Unapproved products may be removed immediately.

    6. SAFETY MANAGEMENT

    1. Use of gas, open flames or high-load electrical equipment requires prior approval.

    2. Full compliance with all WHS (Work Health and Safety) laws is mandatory.

    3. The Organiser may require immediate correction or removal of staff engaging in unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.

    7. LIGHTING

    Fluorescent lighting and cool white lighting are strictly prohibited.

    Only warm white lighting is permitted.

    8. PAYMENT SYSTEM BREACH

    Use of any unauthorised payment system will result in immediate closure of the Stall and a penalty of AUD $5,000 payable to the Organiser.

    9. SECURITY BOND

    The Stallholder must pay a security bond of AUD $1,000 prior to the Event.

    The bond will be refunded after the Event subject to inspection.

    Any damage, cleaning or waste removal costs may be deducted.

    10. CLEANING AND MAKE GOOD

    The Stallholder must restore the Stall to its original condition and clean the area.

    Failure to do so may result in charges.

    11. MEDIA AND PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS

    The Organiser may photograph, film and use images or footage of the Stall, products and staff for promotional purposes without compensation.

    12. SUBLETTING

    Subleasing, sharing or transferring the Stall to any third party is strictly prohibited.

    13. INSURANCE

    The Stallholder must maintain Public and Product Liability Insurance of at least AUD $20,000,000 per occurrence.

    14. FORCE MAJEURE

    No refunds will be issued if the Event is cancelled or disrupted due to force majeure.

    15. GOVERNING LAW

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland (QLD), Australia.
